Guaranty Bond Bank announced the promotion of Becky Kesterson to Assistant Vice President of Mortgage last week. Mrs. Kesterson joined Guaranty Bond Bank in June 2009 as a Mortgage Originator and has  an office at Guaranty Bond Bank’s Mount Vernon location.
