Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

A dozen horses received testing and/or vaccinations at the annual spring Equine Coggins and Vaccination Clinic last Saturday. The clinic was sponsored by the Franklin County Extension Service, Franklin County Horse Committee, and Franklin County 4-H Horse Project Group.
