Large, gigantic figures will take flight at the Franklin County Airport this Saturday, March 16 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Friends of the Franklin County Library will be conducting KiteFest 2013 as a fund raiser for the group to provide supplies and materials for their Children’s Summer Reading Program.
