Mount Vernon will be the destination for 30-50 people in the Railroad Partners, Inc.’s Memorial Day weekend Motorcar Run Sunday, May 24. The Carter Blood Care blood donation bus will be at the Sulphur River Cowboy Church from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 23 during their annual Spring Roundup fund-raiser. The annual Angel Motorcycle Ride will be Friday and Saturday, May 22 and 23. The headquarters for the event has been changed to the parking area at the Lone Star Saloon.
