A reorganization of the local group providing food to those in need within the community is underway. The revamping began last week with election of officers and an appointed board of directors.

Members of the board of directors for the Cypress Springs Special Utility District, along with the general manager and the contractor for the new office, met for a ground breaking ceremony on Tuesday, Jan. 20.
