The Northeast Texas Resource Conservation and Development (RC&D) Council is working to help Texas farmers and ranchers save utility costs and energy consumption through the Texas Agricultural Technical Assistance Program. The program offers agricultural producers cost-effective energy efficiency solutions and assists them in accessing funding and incentive sources (when applicable) to install recommended energy efficient equipment.
