The Northeast Texas Resource Conservation and Development (RC&D) Council is working to help Texas farmers and ranchers save utility costs and energy consumption through the Texas Agricultural Technical Assistance Program.
The program offers agricultural producers cost-effective energy efficiency solutions and assists them in accessing funding and incentive sources (when applicable) to install recommended energy efficient equipment. For more information, see the May 28 edition of the Optic-Herald.
