Homer to be honored as BSA Distinguished Citizen
NeTseO Trails Council, BSA has selected Texas State Representative Mark Homer as the recipient of its 2009 Distinguished Citizen Award. Representative Homer will be honored with a special celebration dinner at the Love Civic Center in Paris at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, July 11.See the June 11 edition of the Optic-Herald for more information.
