A Pennsylvania man was found hanged in the cattle pen section of the old Franklin County Livestock Auction facility off I-30 Wednesday morning, June 17. Jeffery Bartholemew Adams, age 22 of Spring City Penn. was pronounced dead at the scene at 11:15 a.m. See the June 25 edition of the Optic-Herald for more information.
