The Franklin County Chamber of Commerce will have a concession area at Overlook Park on Saturday, July 4 in conjunction with the fireworks display. Sales will start at 6 p.m. and stop when the fireworks show begins, which is about 9:30 p.m. Both food and novelty items will be sold. Food items for sale include soft drinks, water,  and sausage on a stick or hot dogs. Kids and the young at heart will have fun with the novelty items to be sold. Fun items for sale include things such as necklaces and bracelets that glow in the dark and flashing tiaras for the little princess in the family.
