The United Way of Franklin County presented Lowes with an appreciation banner recently. The organization set a new goal of $85,000 for its 2010 campaign that will be raised in 2009 during a meeting of their board on Thursday, June 25. See the July 2 edition of the Optic-Herald for all the details.
