The City of Mount Vernon’s Third Quarter Clean-up is set to begin Saturday, July 11. It continues Monday through Saturday, July 13-18. The city will offer access to an open-top dumpster at its maintenance facility on Holbrook St. (Spur 423), between Andrews and Grady streets.
