Whether you call it H1N1, the Swine flu, or Influenza A it is here, and it is not pleasant. If it has not already struck your home, it probably will soon. Several different strains of  flu symptoms have been noted locally. Some folks have had upper respiratory ailments, others have had intestinal symptoms, and some have suffered from both. Those in the latter category most likely have had the swine flu. See the Oct. 8 edition of the Optic-Herald for more information.
