Rain, rain go awayBig Creek was out of its banks and flowing fast on Tuesday afternoon near I-30. Many roads were closed because of the rain.
Rainfall through the first 13 days of October has totaled 12.55 inches, with more than half the month left to go. Measurable precipitation has been recorded on nine of those 13 days.
