RC Retaining Walls completed work constructing a new retaining wall and dock ramp to accommodate the newly constructed boat house for the Franklin County Water District’s maintenance facility on Lake Cypress Springs. The project did not exceed the $91,000 authorized for the project. The district will receive $100 a month from TxPWD for allowing the local Game Warden to use one of the three slips.
