Serving an eviction notice to individuals in southern Franklin County led to arrests in a number of local burglaries. Constable Randy Green recognized items reported stolen in recent burglaries including a blue wheelbarrow, hand tools, and other household items. A variety of liquor was also recovered inside the house.
