Only incumbents have filed for the three positions open on the Cypress Springs Special Utility District’s (SUD) Board of Directors. The deadline for filing as a write-in candidate is 4:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 11. Filing for candidates to have their name printed on the ballot ended Monday, Dec. 7.
