Governor Rick Perry, Texas’ 47th Governor, will be making a campaign stop in Franklin County on Thursday, Jan. 21. A grass roots rally will be conducted at the Franklin County Airport Hall beginning at 4 p.m. that day. The rally is a free event and is open to the public.
