Two true bills of indictment were returned Friday, Jan. 8 by the January 2010 Panel of the Franklin County Grand Jury in the shooting death of Barbara Ramsey. The woman’s 43 year old daughter, Michelle Ramsey, was indicted for murder and a subsequent evading arrest charge in connection with the senior Mrs. Ramsey’s death.
