The appointment and setting of terms for members of the Mount Vernon Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors was approved at last week’s meeting of the Mount Vernon City Council. The approval brought the EDC board in line with the revised by-laws set by the council Jan. 5, 2009. Members of the board drew for one or two year terms on the board.
