The deadline to be registered as a voter in order to qualify to vote in the 2010 General Primary Election is Monday, Feb. 1. Approximately 200 of the newly issued voter registration cards mailed late in November for Franklin County are still undeliverable. Anyone that has not yet received one of the powder blue cards, but believes they are registered should contact the Voter Registrar’s office in person prior to the deadline.
