Chili cook Garry Romines holds a flashlight for a patron to prepare their bowl of chili. Despite snow that was literally getting deeper by the hour, and loss of electrical power, the Chili Fixins’ fund-raising event for the local NETO, Inc. meal programs was successful. More than $6,000 was raised with little overhead, thanks to local business doners.
