Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

Spring clean-up efforts are set to begin the first week of April. The City of Mount Vernon  will begin its week-long effort Saturday, April 3, and continue Monday through Saturday, April 5 through 10. Franklin County Commissioners will conduct their clean-up efforts during this period, too. See the March 11 edition of the Optic-Herald for more information.
