In-person early voting for the April 13 Runoff Primary election begins Monday, April 5 and continues through April 9. The Runnoff Primary has a shortened period for early voting in person.
Voters are eligible to vote in the election if they were registered to vote 30 days prior to the election (by March 15) even if they did not vote in the General Primary elections.
If they voted in one party’s primary in March and/or signed a petition for a candidate of a particular political party, they must vote in that same party’s run off election.
See the April 1 edition of the Optic-Herald for more information.
