Crews with Billy Cummings Construction, Inc. of Sulphur Springs moved Rutherford St. near Hwy. 37 to continue their laying of six inch water lines. The line project along Holbrook St. (Spur 423) ground to a hault due to repeated heavy rains. Most major distribution lines east of Hwy. 37 will be replaced.
