The Franklin County Water District’s Board of Directors is expected to revisit the definition of family after a local realtor proposed a creative time share approach to some lease back properties. “I don’t think the board wants time shares on Lake Cypress Springs,” stated David Weidman, general manager for the district. FCWD will discuss this issue at their meeting at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 18 at their downtown offices.
