Jack Colley, a 1966 graduate of Mount Vernon High School and head of the Texas Emergency Management Agency, died Sunday, May 16. The funeral for Mr. Colley will be at 9 a.m. in Dallas on Friday, May 21 at Sparkman Hillcrest Funeral Home at 7405 W. Northwest Highway.
