Ground breaking

Ground breakingMembers of the board of directors for the Cypress Springs Special Utility District, along with the general manager and the contractor for the new office, met for a ground breaking ceremony on Tuesday, Jan. 20. Directors at the ceremony were as follows from left to right, Daryl Haley, John Martin, Neuman Browning, Richard Starek, Rex Norris, General Manager Richard Zachary, Donnie Thomas, John McClung, and Contractor Tim Poland.  The 4,250 sq. ft. building is to be located on the west side of FM 115, about 200 yards south of the intersection of the farm road and the south service road to I-30. The project is expected to require six months to complete.
