Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

Trey Newsome and Tina Rose display the ribbons  they won in the freeze off conducted as part of the City of Mount Vernon’s Centennial celebration. Tina Rose took top honors in the Ice Cream Freeze Off. Her homemade strawberry / banana ice cream captured the judges’ taste buds and the Grand Champion award.
