More than 450 students and adults attended the sixth annual Handicapable Rodeo at the Franklin County Sheriff’s Posse Arena on Friday, Sept. 12. People attending were given a chance to go on a hay ride and to try their luck at horseback riding, stickhorse barrel racing, barrel bull riding, and dummy calf roping. Sno-cones were served by the Shriners.
