The City of Mount Vernon’s Third Quarter Clean-up continues through Saturday, July 17. The quarterly clean-up weeks were begun by the local council in 2007. The city is offering access to open-top dumpsters at its maintenance facility on Holbrook St. (Spur 423), between Andrews and Grady streets.
