Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

Stacie Wardrup, owner of Stellar T-Shirts and More, was awarded a $30,000 start up loan from the Franklin County  Revolving Loan Fund. The approval was given during the Monday, July 12 meeting of the Franklin County Commissioners Court. Mrs. Wardrup will initially be the sole operator of the shop, but will hire one to two other employees as demanded by orders received.  Stellar T-Shirts and More is to be located in the old M. L.
