Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

Mount Vernon will be the site of a Family Dollar retail store, which is set to open in mid-August. Josh Braverman, public relations manager for the North Carolina based Family Dollar Stores, Inc. confirmed the plans. The company will occupy the northern portion of the building at the corner of Rutherford and Ramsay Highway (Hwy. 37). See the July 22 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald for more details.
