Bank was arrested in Dallas. Deputies arrived in Mount Vernon with the man late Monday afternoon. Kendrick Lamont Barnes, age 28 of Dallas, surrendered to Dallas Police late Friday evening, July 30. He was held in the Dallas County Jail until being brought to Mount Vernon to face theft charges. Bond was set at $125,000 late Tuesday afternoon by Justice of the Peace Paul Lovier.
