State Representative Mark Homer was the  featured speaker at the Tuesday, Aug. 10 rally for Franklin County area Democrats. Around 75 attended the beans and corn bread dinner and fund raising event. John Northington from the Bill White for Governor campaign addressed the group. Other special guests were Norma Narramore and David Henderson, the two State Democratic Executive Committee members from Senate District 1.
