Rough, tough and drop-dead gorgeous, are the phrases often used to describe the All American Cowgirl Chicks® who will be featured for the Go Rodeo Festival Sept. 4 and 5. “They did a fantastic job for the posse at last year’s rodeo,” says James Smith, a member of the  Franklin County Sheriff’s Posse who also does much of the team’s specialty leather work. “We are looking forward to them coming again this year.”
The 10-member team will perform a concert at noon Saturday on the Mount Vernon Plaza. The performance will follow the 11 a.m. rodeo parade.
