Franklin County Commissioner Pct. 4 Sam Young warns of either delays or detours while more than eight miles of county roads are resurfaced with chip sealing this week. Those traveling county roads in southeastern Franklin County this week are urged to use caution and a bit of patience. Be prepared to stop or use alternate routes during this time.
