A reception is planned from 2-3:30 p.m.Sunday, Feb. 15 honoring Sam B. Harvey on the occasion of his 90th birthday. The reception will be in the Community Room of the Family Life Center at the First United Methodist Church in Mount Vernon.
The public is invited to attend the come and go reception. Cards are welcomed. The family respectfully requests no gifts be brought.
