Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

The City of Mount Vernon’s annual fourth quarter clean-up was termed successful by Andrew Trampus, director of services. According to city records, approximately 270 yards of refuse and recyclable items were collected for disposal during the eight day clean-up program.
