Judge Jerry Hubbell honored Clint Hopkins with an appreciation plaque during Franklin County Commissioner’s Court on Monday, Nov. 8 at the east courthouse annex. Mr. Hopkins recently retired from his duty of serving as Veterans Officer for Franklin County. He served the county in the position for seven years.
