The Cypress Springs Special Utility District (SUD) set the date of its annual election of members to its board of directors. The board set the election for Saturday, Feb. 5, 2010, during its monthly meeting Tuesday, Nov. 9. The deadline to file as a candidate in the election is 4:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 6.
