Lovice Coe of Mount Vernon was named as the 2010 recipient of the Jake Simmons Award
sponsored through the Republican Women of Northeast Texas. The award was presented to Mr. Coe at a Veteran’s Day banquet in Mount Pleasant Thursday, Nov. 11. Doris Simmons was on hand to present the award. Texas State Rep. Dist. 5 Bryan Hughes and Doris Simmons congratulate Lovice Coe on his award.
