Three of four incumbents have filed in the Cypress Springs Special Utility District (SUD) director election. Names of write-in candidates can be filed through 4:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 13. Candidates must live within the district’s service area, be a registered voter, and file their paperwork as a candidate with the district’s office.
