This year, TxDOT, Santa, and Santa’s reindeer have an important message for Texas drivers:  Don’t drive if you’re Tipsy, Buzzed or “Blitzen”; call a cab or get a sober ride home instead. For the 13th consecutive year, TxDOT is sponsoring a holiday-themed public education campaign to remind Texans not to get behind the wheel if they’ve been drinking. During their monthly meeting, the Texas Public Safety Commission approved a special DWI enforcement program by the Texas Highway Patrol.
