The Franklin County Commissioners Court approved the recommendations of its Revolving Loan Committee to approve $38,000 in low interest loans to two local businesses.
Stellar T-Shirts & More was approved for a $13,000 loan, and the Mount Vernon Mower and Saw Shop was awarded a $25,000 loan. Both loans are for up to a 10 year period at four percent interest. See the Jan. 13 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald, for more details.
