The Texas Workforce Commission, in conjunction with Logan’s Pointe’s Supportive Services, will be having a Job Fair from 2-6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 24 in the community Logan’s Pointe Supportive Services building.
Thus far, more than 10 local area employers are committed to having representatives at the job fair, including some from Sulphur Springs and Mount Pleasant. These private sector representatives are in addition to the college and military representatives who will be providing information for attendees.
Those attending are urged to have plenty of copies of their resumes to hand out. Adults and youth 16 years and over may attend.
“This event is open to anyone in the community that would like to attend,” stated Debi Renner, services coordinator. “It is not just for those in Logan’s Pointe development.”
