Commissioners may have felt like they were back at their mom’s kitchen table during their Tuesday, Jan. 18 afternoon workshop session after they were scolded by Franklin County District Clerk Ellen Jaggers. Elected officials used the workshop to work through several contentious space and use issues brought on by the courthouse renovation project.
