The Franklin County’s Commissioners Court will sponsor the Carson and Barnes Circus as a fund raising event to help with costs in constructing the Franklin County Sports Complex. The two performances of the circus will be at 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. Monday, March 21 at the site of the sports complex, off CR NW1030.See the Feb. 17 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald for more information about the event.
