Members of the Franklin County Historical Commission were appointed to two year terms. The appointments were made by the Franklin County Commissioners Court during their regular February meeting. B. F. Hicks was appointed as chairman of the commission. Other members of the board are Martha Hare, Gary Strange, Elease Hubbell, Lillie Bush-Reves, Nicki Armstrong, Donna McFarland, John Tutor, Jean Ann Masrshall, Nancy Miller, Norman Horn, and Mary Lou Russell.
