Mount Vernon Patrolman Koby Hume stopped the driver of a blue 2005 Ford Focus for an illegal lane change in making a U-turn on Hwy. 37 around midnight on Sunday, Sept. 21. Conflicting stories provided by the driver and passenger prompted a request to search the vehicle and  the discovery of three large blocks of marijuana weighing approximately 10 pounds each were found inside.
