Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

Mount Vernon Municipal Judge Kathy Lovier will be moving to a part time salaried position and a full time clerk will be hired. The Mount Vernon City Council expects to save $300 to $400 per month  in salaries and benefits with the change approved at their regular April meeting.
